At the time of release I did not know that "rebovice" was available. At this moment I don't have time to change the application, Beta-SMS works now only AS-IS. My sincerer apologies about giving you such an unsatisfied answer.

I assume you have added your phone number under settings in Beta-SMS?

I also assume you typed the number correctly? Otherwise it doesn't work.

And finally I assume that your number is verified by voipcheap.com?

If this is all yes, then it seems that voipcheap.com doesn't allow you to specify your own number.

I don't have an voipcheap.com account so it will be hard for me to test specifically on that, If I come up with something I will let you know.

Beta-SMS should update the balance after a successfully sending an SMS. In some cases it can take sometime to send an SMS, couple of seconds, so the balance does not get updated until then.  

There was a bug but it is fixed in version 3.1 according the above description.
